The service may use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting and deployment, OpenAI for AI report generation, and payment providers such as Stripe if paid membership is added later. 本服务可能使用 Supabase 进行登录和数据库保存，使用 Vercel 进行托管和部署，使用 OpenAI 生成 AI 报告；若未来加入付费会员，也可能使用 Stripe 等支付服务商。

When a user generates an AI report, property inputs and system-calculated metrics may be sent to OpenAI so the report can be produced.
